Article 1: General

The site publishes sports predictions, odds comparisons and reviews of betting operators, as information and opinion. Nothing on it is financial advice or a guarantee of any result.

Access is free and open to adults who are legally allowed to gamble where they live. It is your responsibility to know the law in your own jurisdiction; betting is restricted or prohibited in many places, and being able to read this site does not mean you are permitted to bet.

Article 2: Intellectual property

The text, design, structure and original graphics of the site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to our pages.

You may not republish substantial parts of the site, present our content as your own, or extract our data systematically by automated means without written permission.

Bookmaker logos, club crests and competition marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Article 3: Liability

Odds change constantly. We take care that what we publish is accurate when it is published, but a price shown here may already have moved by the time you reach the operator, and the operator's own figure is the one that counts.

Predictions are probabilistic. A high confidence figure is not a promise, and no model can tell you the result of a match in advance. You are responsible for any bet you choose to place and for any money you lose.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or conduct of third-party sites we link to, nor for any dispute between you and a bookmaker.

Article 4: Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. Reading the site requires no account and no personal data.

Article 5: Accounts and passwords

Where any part of the site requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your permission.

Article 6: Contributions from readers

If you send us a comment, correction or other contribution, you confirm it is yours to send and you allow us to publish and edit it.

We remove contributions that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that promote gambling to people who are underage or at risk.

Article 7: Advertising and commercial links

Some links to operators earn us a commission. They are commercial in nature and are identified as such. Our advertising policy explains the arrangement, and our editorial policy explains why it does not determine our scores.

Article 8: Changes and governing law

We may change these terms as the site develops; the version published here is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
